Spasm First Aid Treatment

Spasm is the involuntary rigid muscle contraction that may be caused by strain to muscles, insufficiency of calcium contents, lower environment temperature, poor coordination of muscles, and severe etc. it usually appears on lower limbs.

 

Treatment:

extend the spastic muscle and then rub it gently to relax the spasm.

 

Spastic calf:

take the foot of the spastic leg with knee straight and push lightly toward the sufferer, rub the spastic muscle simultaneously.

 

Spastic thigh:

take the heel to lift the leg and keep the knee straight, press the knee and rub gently the spastic muscle.

 

Spastic foot:

extend the toes or stand with the big toe, and rub the spastic muscle gentle.
